SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Garlic will be shipped on the day of order, if ordered before 4 pm. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to track your order. We accept no responsibility for the handling of your package after it has been shipped. At this stage, we are shipping only to Australia at a flat rate of $10 via Australia Post.

Return & Exchange Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us via email at garlicatbawley@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened, intact, and has not been planted and/or separated we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect product ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use-by-date when received, or is faulty in some way, Garlic At Bawley will replace the product at no additional cost. 

When purchasing seed stock, we want you to have success when growing your garlic, but we cannot guarantee how garlic will perform in your area - there are just too many variables - soil, weather, climate, watering, time of planting, sun exposure, etc.
